The magnetic tile is mainly used in permanent magnet DC motor, which is different from the magnetic potential source of the electromagnetic motor through the excitation coil. The permanent magnet motor produces a constant magnetic potential source with permanent magnetic material. Permanent magnet magnetic tile instead of electric excitation has many advantages, which can make the motor simple, easy to repair, light weight, small volume, reliable use, less copper, low copper consumption and less energy consumption.
The influence of the performance of the magnetic bearing on the motor
(1) high residual magnetic induction intensity Br. Because in the same magnetic pole surface area and air gap, high Br can produce large output torque and large power. The motor will have high efficiency.
(2) high Hcb. Because of the high Hcb, the electromotive force required by the motor output can be ensured, so that the working point of the motor is near the maximum magnetic energy product and the capability of the magnet can be fully utilized.
(3) high Hcj. Hcj high can ensure that the motor has strong resistance to overload, demagnetization, anti aging and low temperature resistance.
(4) high (BH) max. The higher the (BH) max, the better the operating coefficient of the permanent ferrite in the actual operation of the motor.
(5) the larger the magnetic energy is, the better the efficiency of the motor will be.
(6) the better the degree of rectangle of the demagnetization curve, the smaller the dynamic loss of the motor.
(7) the higher the resistivity of permanent ferrite, the smaller the eddy current loss.
(8) the temperature coefficient of permanent ferrite is small, and it has good temperature stability at high temperature.
(9) the starting current is small and the time constant is small. The impact on the power supply is small.
